Agent Stock License. You may use every asset you buy on agentstock.dev for any purpose, including commercial use, worldwide and forever, with no attribution. Every asset is AI-generated and release-safe. You may not resell or redistribute the raw file as stock.

1. Grant. When your payment for an asset, or for a set that includes it, settles, agentstock.dev grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, copy, modify, adapt, and publish that asset for any purpose, including commercial use. No attribution is required. The permission covers the agent or automation that made the purchase and the person or organization it acts for. Search results and thumbnails are previews; this grant applies to original files you have paid for.

2. Restriction. You may not sell, license, or redistribute the original file, or a substantially unmodified copy of it, as a standalone stock asset, or as part of a collection, library, or dataset of media offered to others. Using the asset inside a larger work, such as an article, web page, product listing, app, video, or advertisement, is not redistribution.

3. AI-generated content. Every asset was generated with AI on a generator account whose terms permit commercial redistribution. Purely machine-generated works are generally not protected by copyright in the United States and some other jurisdictions, so agentstock.dev claims no copyright in the assets and transfers none. You are paying for access to the file, curation, and this permission. Where the law requires it, disclose that the asset is AI-generated; the ai_disclosure field on each asset gives a sentence you can use.

4. Release-safe. agentstock.dev represents that each asset was generated with AI and was not created to depict any real, identifiable person, trademark, logo, or private property, so no model or property release is needed.

5. Limitation of liability. Except for the representation in section 4, assets are provided as is. The total liability of agentstock.dev for any claim relating to an asset is limited to the amount you paid for that asset, or for the set you bought it in.

6. Payment. Payment for a download or a set is final once settled. The license version current at the time of payment applies to that purchase, and each payment records that version.
